Abstract
This research aims to identify the impact of financial risk, product risk, time risk, delivery risk, social risk, and information security risk on online shopping. The respondent choosen for this research is people based in Yogyakarta that had experience on instagram fashion online shopping at least once. The data used in this research is primer data where the Author got from online questionnaire distribution by the help of Google Form. Data collection technique used is non-probability sampling and sampling choosen is purposive sampling. The amount of sample which is valid and appropriate is 200 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research finding and also the discussion on the previous chapter before, it could be concluded that financial risk variable, product risk variable, and delivery risk variable have a significant negative impact on online shopping. Time risk variable, social risk variable, and information security risk variable don’t have any significant impact on online shopping.
