Abstract
Human resources are the most valuable asset for an organization in order to develop the organization and survive in business competition. Organization and employees are connected with each other, because the organization cannot run without human resources and employees cannot support the welfare of his life without the organization where employees work. Hence, the organization have to make sure that each employees have a good welfare in their working life. This research have a purpose to examine the influence of job satisfaction toward employee’s well-being. This is to know how job satisfaction influence the employee well-being inside an organization which will give many positive impacts. This research uses online questionnaire and followed by 113 respondents from permanent employees at Bank BRI Depok, Jawa Barat. The result of the research was supported by the previous research that has been done where the job satisfaction influence the employee’s well-being. However, for the third and fifth hypothesis there is no significant influence in job satisfaction dimensions (co-worker support and employee career development) toward employee’s well-being.
