Abstract

Sexual abuse is a complicated case which should be handle by the community, but especially by the police. In handling a case of sexual abuse, the Police provides protection for the casualty by placing her in a safe of Special Service Room that the casualty may feel safe and comfortable to give explanation concerning her case , in such a case it is usually done before a policewoman. Nevertheless, in practice, the investigation of a sexual abuse or harassment is very often blocked by some kinds of obstacles on the provision of evidence. Besides, the casualty is usually feels shy because the case often related to some intimate part of the body. To overcome this problem the role of the police and related institutions, in handling a sexual abuse case in the family should be done very carefully and fast, and continuously that the doer of the harassment would never do the sama deed again.
