Abstract

The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 has been guaranteeing fair treatment and proper in any existing working relationships in the work environment that are regulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 Article 28 D paragraph (2) that reads, everyone has the right to work and earn rewards and decent and fair treatment in employment relationships. The workers there are in the company of course bound by the agreement between them and employers themselves. The agreement contains its own work on the rights and obligations of the parties, which contains one item, namely wages, the wages received by workers, generally the result of discussion between the employers and the trade union or States workers who represent the entire labour or workers in the company of its kind, with measurements can be useful to buy staple goods for survival of the workers and their families.
