Abstract
Children is the future of a nation that has strategic role and special characteristic. They need guidance and direction in order to ensure the growth and development of physical, mental, and social in harmonious, and provide protection support for children both in terms institusional and legal tools, more stable and adequate. The purpose of this research is to know how judges and judgment consideration used by the judge before deciding the verdict. The number of violation commted by children, especially the child who is still under age causing the defendant to drop the judgement by the judge is imprisonment for 8 years with considerations that incriminate and lighten the defendant and evidence who is presented in the trial.
