Abstract

Legal Writing / Thesis is entitled IMPLEMENTATION OF UTILIZATION THE TREASURY OF VILLAGE LAND TO SETTLEMENT IN THE MRICAN HAMLET CATURTUNGGAL VILLAGE BASED ON REGULATION OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNOR OF YOGYAKARTA NO 34 OF 2017 with problem formulation: whether the implementation of the utilization the treasury of village land to settlement in the Mrican Hamlet Caturtunggal Village has been in accordance with the article of 59 of the Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2017? Based on the results of this research, it can be known that the implementation of the utilization of Treasury of Village Land for settlements in Mrican hamlet Caturtunggal village District Depok Sleman done by lease, and not in accordance with the provisions of Article 59 Regulation of the Governor of Yogyakarta Special Region Number 34 of 2017 about Utilization of Village Land, which prohibits every treasury of village land user to transfer the permits to other parties, and use the village land as a settlement (dwelling house). the provisions of Village Regulation Number 4 of 2015 on Utilization of Village Land.
