Abstract

The child in its development requires the guidance of a good human life in order to be useful. But the rampant violence that lately done by children, is a very serious matter and must be resolved. The number of child molestation committed by either physical or psychological violence, inflicting casualties on the other children that need to obtain adequate legal protection so that children who become victims of crime are met his rights. The crime of persecution have long occurred in each area just recently this was highlighted by the public or the news media. Criminal deeds or criminal act is an act which is not in accordance with the rule of law or any act prohibited by law accompanied by criminal sanctions that are directed at people who do or people that cause these events. One of the Government's apparatus is authorized to handle the child in conflict with the law-related criminal acts of persecution in the form of violence are the police agencies. State police of the Republic of Indonesia the country tools play a role in maintaining security and order of society, enforce the law, as well as provide protection, shelter, and service to the community in the framework of the rights of security in the country.
