Abstract
The title of this study is "Criminal Law Aspects of Harassment of Sexual Fathers of the Famine of Childhood (Case Study Number 194 / PID.SUS / 2015 / PT-MDN)," The aim is to understand the application of positive law in regulating sexual abuse of biological children. Understanding Sexual Harassment and children. Sexual harassment is degrading of a thing between men or women who are willing to lead intercourse with men and women, having an element of the nature of desire and passion. A child is a person who is not yet 18 (eighteen) years of age, including those who are still in the womb under Law No.35 of 2014 on amendments to Law No.23 of 2002 on Child Protection. Analyze case studies by looking for applicable principles and legal sanctions provided to perpetrators of sexual harassment.
