Abstract

The title of this legal writing is the implementation of occupational safety and health for firefighters in the city of Yogyakarta. The formulation of the problem is how the implementation of occupational safety and health for firefighters in the city of Yogyakarta? Because there are still those who have not implemented safety and health well, so that in case of a new accident the program is implemented, and also the occurrence of work accidents due to not implement safety and health work. This legal writing used empirical method, and focused on the rule of law and respondents. And the conclusion of this legal writing the execution has gone well but the fire department has not conducted routine checks and there are still some incomplete personal protective equipment. And the advice was that the fire department should pay more attention to the firefighters and complete the personal protective equipment.
