Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to know The Government’s obstacles in Supervising the Distribution of Cosmetics Without Labels and The Impact Towards Consumers Protection. The main issue in this thesis is what obstacles faced by the government in disciplining business actors who do not labeling the cosmetic products traded in the market are. The research method in this thesis is empirical. Empirical method is a research focusing on social facts. The result of the research shows that the obstacles faced by the government are the existence of human resource limitations in BBPOM Yogyakarta so that supervising process in term of cosmetic distribution without label is not running effective yet.
