Abstract
The title of thi legal writing is completion of dissent between commander who has the right to punish and military prosecutors about the termination of investigation, the background of this legal writing is because ih the military justice, authority to investigation be given to commander who has the right to punish and military prosecutors, so it doesn’t close the phosibbilty occour dissent between the commander who has the tight to punish and the military prosecutors about the termination of investigation, and then the way to solve the problem is with the negotiation between and if the negotistion is failed, so the military resort commander who has the aouthority to decide about the problem.
