Abstract
The research was conducted the existence of bitcoin as the means of payment in Indonesia did not supported by Bank of Indonesia and cause to void of law. Discharging bitcoin the considering in Indonesia there needs to be regulations to set bitcoin and therefore this protection and clarity law concerning the means of payment virtual this. The purpose of the writing of articles it is in order to analyze that bitcoin is still cannot be using in Indonesia The research is research juridical normative by using the method approach the act and approach comparison. So all existing data processed in descriptive analytical. The urgency of this research is because there is no regulation which control about bitcoin so that the lack of certainty and the protection of the law.
