Abstract

This thesis entitled Analysis of juridical against violence cases completed with divorce in Sleman district court. The research objective of this thesis is to find out the reason for divorce a wife chose to end his suffering in cases of domestic violence especially domestic neglect. The research method in this paper uses the method of normative legal research effort approaching the problem studied with the real nature of the law or in accordance with the fact that life in society. Data sources used in this normative legal research is primary data and secondary data. The result of this thesis research was based on analysis of divorce in the court verdict and speaker, it can be concluded that the influence wife chose divorce as a way out to end his suffering is; 1) there is a feeling not bear if the husband in jail because somehow never love each other and live together in long time 2) can not bear the feeling if the father of her child is a prisoer because it can worsen the image of the child in front of friends and environment; 3) the feeling does not bother or difficulty in getting a divorce.
