Abstract

The research was entitled: review of the law of the criminal justice system of children in the protection of law against children as perpetrators of criminal acts of abusing (Study Kasus No.02 /Pid Sus Anak/2018/PN.KTP). The kind of study is normative legal research normative legal research is a study that focuses on positive legal norms and is done by studying the legal protection related to research problems The legal substances used are regulations, books, websites. Law enforcement in criminal acts committed by children is in accordance with government regulations contained in Law number 11 of 2012 on the juvenile justice system and Law number 35 of 2014 on the amendment of Law No. 23 of 2002 on child protection. The obstacles faced by law enforcement officers in providing legal protection for children as perpetrators of criminal acts are inadequate facilities and infrastructures that are not even available so that the rights of children in conflict with the law can not be fulfilled.
