Abstract
Tourism business activity which being held in KRB III Gunung Merapi, Sleman Regency were conflicts with the law because KRB III actually was a protected area. Until now, both the Goverments and the Sleman Police Station did not maintain the law enforcement to the culprit of the tourism business, because they were confused with the tourism activity in KRB III. In one hand, those activity conflicts with the constitution of law, while in other hand tourism activity in KBB III create benefits both for goverments and the people in those area. Beside that, there are no coordinations between one institution and the other institution, such as Tourism Agency, SATPOLPP in Sleman Regency, and also Police Station in Sleman, so that until now there are not any law enforcement about this tourism activity.
