Abstract
The thesis is entitled "THE FORM OF UNFAIR BUSINESS COMPETITION FACED BY PT. TRIBUKTI MITRA SEJAHTERA THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION IN A JOB ORGANIZED BY A PRIVATE COMPANY" talking about how the form of unfair business competition in various fields, one of the example is PT. Tribukit Mitra Sejahtera which is engaged in the construction sector, has faced various forms of unfair business competition, one of which is vertical tender conspiracy as evidenced by the existence of discriminatory tenders which can only be carried out b certain business actors, namely marked by PT. Bridgestone as a user providing qualifications than can take part in the tender is only a company that has been operating and has more than 5 years experience in a predetermined fields and a closed tender is marked by the absence of transparency in the announcement of the tender winner.
