Abstract

This research explains how the roles of coaching is carried out by the Yogyakarta Class I Correctional Center in achieving the goal of resocialization of prisoners. This study is about the coaching process of Community Trustees who perform tasks and functions as well as providing guidance materials provided by the Yogyakarta Class I Correctional Center to inmates. This study also conveys the influence of guidance conducted by the Yogyakarta Class I Correctional Center to inmates in implementing Resocialization, namely the ability of prisoners to solve problems and have the ability and potential to survive in their social environment and are expected to meet their daily needs in a community, nation and state. The method used in this researchnis the is the empirical law method, the information recieved by means of the senses, particulary by observation and documentation of patterns and behavior through experience.
