Abstract
The eradication of drugs in Indonesia has basically happened since long time ago to improve the nation’s morality which has been decreasing the hand long is seriously done by making regulations that can be used by judge in decinding the cases of narcotics abuse, however there are many judge glue criminal verdicts while the abusers need rehabilitation as regulated. I want to got data about the basic judge’s consideration in determining the rehabilitation for drug abusers in Oku Timur. By conducting research, in which this study focuses on positive legal norms in form of legistation and it requires secondary data. The resulth of this research is consideration that used by judge in determining a case of drug abuse using laws and regulation. In this case, judge acquires information from the Integrated Assesment team regarding than given at the trial to strong then the judg’s conviction in decrding.
