Abstract
The legal issue of this reseacrh is LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO VICTIM OF CRIME. The background issues of title probelm is there are not any explanations about the form of legal assistance for victim of crime. This research aims to recognize the form of legal assistance for victim of crime and its excetution. The research methods of this study is normative method which is focusing on the norms of positive laws then use the methods of literature study the primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, and interview methods with sources. There are two results of this research. First results is there are some forms of legal assitance to victim of crime likes assistance while following the judicial process and asking permission for following the judicial process. The second result, legal assistance is given since the judicial process beginis.
