Abstract

Environmental pollution is our matter that importantly should be solved, it involves many aspects of life, such as secure and health of our life. All the matter of environmental pollution must be overcome as soon as possible, there are water pollution, air pollution, ground contamination effected by trash, acid rain, global climate change, decimation of ozone concentration, radio-active contamination. Effective steps are very important to keep the environmental balance, such as environmental quality standardization and monitoring surrounding using technology. All the effort in managing industrial waste continually and consistently is very important to do, because it’s not only about jurisdiction demand but also save our environment from all the pollutions affected by industrial activities. Indonesia has a law to protect the entire environment, depend on the Regulation number 23 of 2007 about Environmental Protection and Management and then changes into the Regulation number 32 of 2009 about Environmental Protection and Management. In addition, Indonesia has another law about industrial sector Regulation number 5 of 1984, still it set about industrial permission of the company. All the legal provision is the nation tool that controls all the industrial activities to avoid the environmental pollution and surrounding. The important of environmental quality standardization in some of industrial activities is one attempt to reduce the level of pollutants in the waste efficiently. It makes all the divestment of the industrial activities effectively more health to the environment and the people.
