Abstract

Persecution against women is the worst human rights violations that have not been recognized by the world. Persecution against women is also a serious problem in the field of women's health because of weakening energy, erodes selfesteem and physical health. In addition to causing injury, abuse also increase the long-term risk of other health problems including chronic illness, physical disability, drug and alcohol abuse. How forms of abuse that occurred against wives by husbands. Does the criminal law already provides protection to the wife of the above forms of maltreatment. To find other forms of abuse that happened to his wife by husband. To know the criminal law protection against abuse victim's wife to her husband. As a consequence of the selection problems which topics will be studied in the research object is a matter of law (while the law is the rules or norms that exist in society), then the type of research is normative juridical research.
