Abstract

People development is the business of material mining from all categories such as A, B, and C done by sorrounding people little by little or mutual community using simple equipments to find out them selve. People mining is aimed to give a chance to sorrounding people in trying to provide the material mining to take apart in develoing the country. Therefore , to meke peope easy to do this activity so government gives the Letter of Permission for People Mining (SIPR). However, it is pity eventhough government has given an easy opportunity to people to do the business in mining and small capacity and also has given the rules but in fact there are still a lot of people doing illegal mining. Therefore it is expected to the institution or the related officer in order to apply the more tight sanction in order to result the effect of afraid to the illegal miner and it can be the warning to other miner so they must have a perission in business of mining. This case is expected to be able to help to minimize the environment destroyer happened because of illegal people mining.
