Abstract

The achieved advancement in technological field will influence the change in social life. The crime emerged by the development and the advancement of information technology or telecommunication is a crime relating to the internet application. This crime in foreign term is mentioned as cybercrime. Indonesia is the state whose internet net misuse has achieved the apprehensive level. As the result Indonesia is mentioned by universe as internet criminal state. Thus it is not astonished if currently the foreign part directly rejects every internet transaction by using credit card of which is established by Indonesian banking. The image of Indonesian internet has been in the lowest point since the entry of technology into our country. As the result, some on-line transactional sites of other states also follow to conduct the boycotting. The condition of human source in particularly the apparatus of legal enforcer is still weak. Thus they need to be embedded by comprehension in information technology field. In this case Indonesia Police Force as legal enforcing apparatus has prepared particular unit for handling cyber crime, i.e. UNIT V IT/CYBERCRIME Directorate II Particular Economy Bareskrim of Indonesian Police Force and it needs a regulation of new positive law that specifically regulates on cybercrime, in particularly those concerning with verification material.
