Abstract

Titles from this Legal Writing is the Rights of Children of Foreign Married To The Identity of Self. The purpose of this legal writing is to identify and obtain data about children's rights are not obtained since from birth to big, that is not obtain a birth certificate for the one identity of children. Methods of research in writing this law is a normative legal research. Research focuses on positive legal norms in the form of Laws that are analyzed based on the five tasks by dogmatic legal science, namely: a description of positive law, systematization of positive law, legal interpretation, the law judge positive, and the process of reasoning. In this study requires secondary data as primary data. Research results of all children obtained a deed, but in fact there are children who have not obtained a certificate of birth until adulthood, especially with the status of a child outside marriage, and distinguish the types of birth certificates are divided into three sections according to the Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil (Office of Population and Civil Registration). Children outside of marriagestatus children living in orphanages Putera "Tunas Harapan" has not obtained a birth certificate. These children only get a birth certificate only.
