Abstract

The purpuse of this study was shown to know the backgroud reasons Arjuna Utama PT Palm did not include all of its labor into the social security workers (JAMSOSTEK) and its from of legal protection for workers in Arjuna Utama PT Sawit Kalimantan Palangkaraya middle, especially at district and work in enterprises. Preparation of this skrpsi based on field research conducted to obtain primary data, and library research to obtain secondary data, with each data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies, and then all of the data obtained in the study which was then in analysis with qualitative methods. Results from research at PT Sawit Kalimantan Main Arjuna is where there is manpower, equipment and labor that have not yet become permanent workforce, which is yet to become permanent workers excluded from social security into labor (JAMSOSTEK) because the company would feel loss if Include labor in labor but have not become fixed more than anything else does not always work every day to work despite being excluded from its permanent workforce into workers social security (JAMSOSOTEK) protection provided by the company feels its workforce has more than enough.
