Abstract

The development of today's world characterized by globalization in all sectors, especially banking and financial services industry that brought rapidly to the development impact of the Indonesian economy, especially the high level of mobility of people, money and goods traffic in trade flows and the rapid changes in business environment. Competition became more strict after the banks customers fight each other in the same market. There are also foreign banks that want to compete in terms of gaining customers.Therefore, the bank manager tried to give the best service to its customers. Various ways done by the managers of banks in serving and providing convenience to its customers. Protective measures granted by the Banking Act of public funds is a confirmation that the money deposited by depositors since the bank has become the property deposited and during storage banks, but banks do not have absolute freedom to use the money. Banks can only use the money for that purpose and in a way that can guarantee the certainty that the bank will be able to pay back public funds saved him when billed by the customers saving, in this case is that customers who deposit funds in a bank.
