Abstract

This research intended to know the Harmony value of the Doctrine of Local Wisdom For Substance Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and also useful to know the cause and effect of problems between local knowledge and the company has recently. The method used was normative research which is examines the norms of positive law in the form of legislation relating to local knowledge and implementation of corporate social responsibility. This research also applying deductive method on reasoning step. The doctrine of local wisdom has been formulated in the legislation regulating the corporate social responsibility, but has not completely local moral values was considered by the executive designer of the law. Because the executives are more likely to direct bill for momentary goals and interests of certain parties. The provisions in the legislation can not be solely based on profit that leave the values of life, unity, gotong royong. Although a state law with a variety of modern instruments can already be said, but still not allowed to leave the value of local wisdom in Indonesian society.
