Abstract
The Country is responsible to victims of human rights abuse in relogion aspect. It is an issue that must be a serious attention of the Country, because it has acknowleged and stated to certify the right. Through this research, the writer would find out: how does the Country’s responsibility to victims of human rights abuse in religion aspect? What are the obstacle factors of Country to implement the responsibility to victims of human rights abuse in religion aspect? The result of this research indicates that all this time, the Country has not implemented its duty well in Country’s responsibility to victims of human rights abuse in religion aspect.
