Abstract
Recent condition of trans Jogja (Yogyakarta Bus Public Transportation) does not support efficiency for enterprise and passenger. That shown at profit in function which represent correlation between passenger and enterprise, enterprise profit which represent enterprise it self and passenger satisfaction which represent passenger. Often quantity bus departure is very high in period while number of passengers are very low. This research held on Terminal Condong Catur on October 2018 for a week. Data using secondary data which taken from Dinas Perhubungan Yogyakarta. The paper analyzes how to improve efficiency of trans Jogja (Yogyakarta Bus Public Transportation) according to the departure time. Using queuing theory, it has two main control those are headway and vehicle quantity for each period. Indicator of efficiency are profit in function, enterprise profit and passenger satisfaction. Effectiveness of schedule and efficiency can be improved almost six times better. Recent condition enterprise profit of Trans Jogja is Rp 53.343 per day for Terminal Condong Catur with queuing theory it become Rp 328. 176.The improvement made shelter by shelter and modified per period. In other side not only for financial improvement but also for satisfaction of passenger. After modification satisfaction of passenger become more stable. In other side existence of route 5A and 5B need much improvement because demand of it is low, resulted inefficiency of route 5A and 5B
