Abstract
The title ofthis legal writing is law enforcement against pc/petralors ofviolations ofdistrict regional regulations Sleman number 60/2015 concerning parking. l'he formulations ofthe problem is how the application ofcriminal sanctions against perpetalors o/violations ofdistrict regulations Sleman number 6 of2015 concerning parking? And what obstacles are faced by the Sleman Transportation office in the implementation ofcriminal sanctions against pelpetrators ofviolation ofSleman district regulation number 6 of2015 concerning parking? This legal writing used normative method, and focused on the rule oflaw and the regulation. The conclusion ofthis legal writing is that the criminal provisions contained in article 34paragraph 1 and 2 o/Sleman district regulation number 60f2015 concerning parking have not proceeded effectively.
