Abstract

Act 19 of 2002 aims to protect the works intellectuals in the field of copyright thatpromote the development of arts and culturewhich until now has not been done,It has happenin the middle of the certainty of rights in a copyrighted work is notalready running the maksimal.Results of research conducted at the regional officesand human rightslawmakes it clear which human rights issues are being created by the registration procedurefactors led to the emergence of more than one letter of registration to the creation of the copyrighted work that is given to people from the process registration of trademark and industrial design. Regardless of the lack of effective flow of registration process creation, people also appreciate the lack of copyright works others. Because it is the position of the holder of the registration proof of creation copyright in a work position less guarantees against copyright law registered. In order to anticipate the publication of two letters enrollment double creation although basically the registration of copyright works should not be but in copyrighted works have economic rights for the owners of the works copyright that should receive legal protection from the government through registration. IPR socialization among the people should be improved and more awareness would appreciate someone else's creation should be planted right in the community for raise awareness of the importance of IPR is realized in general society without exception.
