Abstract

At this time there is often a case called prostitution for minors, this prostitution uses children as prostitutes and forcibly employs them to benefit some parties involved. this incident is certainly very alarming and the government through the legal institutions that are authorized must immediately intervene to resolve this problem because this case can damage the next generation of the nation, therefore there must be legal responsibility for adults who carry out this prostitution business so that no more children become prostitutes. This the final task attempts to examine adult accountability involving minors who are used as commercial sex workers. the problem formulation of this task is How is the accountability of adults involving minors working in prostitution as sex workers with the aim of this study to know the legal review of legal liability for adults who employ underage children in prostitution as workers sex.
