Abstract
The title of this legal writting is the authority of the police to bring an experts who are needed in the examination of children with disabilities as victims of sexual violence in Gunung Kidul police resort. The purpose of this legal writting is to find out the police’s authority to bring an experts who are needed in the examination of children with disabilities as victims of sexual violence in the Gunung Kidul police resort. This legal writting uses normative methods, and the focus of this research is based on laws and regulations concerning the authority of polices to bring an experts who are needed in the examination of children with disabilities as victims of sexual violence in the Gunung Kidul police resort. The conclusion of this legal wrtting is that polices to bring an experts who are needed in the examination of disabled children are sworn in first in accordance with existing regulations.
