Abstract

The Implementaion of land registration systematically complete wih the enachment of refulation of agrarian minister and spatial/head national land agency number 6 of 2018 in Toba Samosir disctrict. Land registration is a series of activities carried out by the government continuously, continuously and regularly, covering the collection, processing, bookkeeping, and presentation and maintenance of physical data and juridical data, in the form of maps and lists, concerning plots of land and housing units stacking, including the provision of letters of evidence only for land parcels that already have their rights, and ownership rights to the apartment unit and certain rights that burden them. Then from the government held a complete systematic land registration program, with the aim of making it easier for the public to register their land. The purpose of this research is how to implement the land sysematically with the enachment of agrarian minister and spatial/ head of national land agency number 6 of 2018 in Toba Samosir district, and the obstacles that occur ini he implementation. The empirical method used this study focues on social facts. Regisration of land in Toba Samosir district has been run in accordancewih systemaic land registration activities complete with the conclusion of the activity hass been implemented in accordance with the enforcement of the regulation of agrarian ministter and spatial/head of national land agency number 6 of 2018.
