Abstract

Starting from providing online transportation services, now Go-Jek also has its superior application, Go-Food and Go-Send. Go-Send is an application that provides messaging services in a fast time practical funds because we do not need to leave the house or package it as if it would be sent by post. Various kinds of goods can be delivered from or to our homes by pressing only one button. The problem that can be drawn is how do Gojek couriers take legal responsibility in Go-Send / Go-Food online transactions. The conclusions of the thesis of online courier responsibilities have not been regulated in any regulation in Indonesia. So, the mechanism is the same as buying and selling in general, even though the seller's side and delivery services are very unclear. The practice of vigilante is certainly very unhealthy in the perspective of Indonesian business law. Justice and prosperity cannot be realized because there is no legal certainty that protects users and perpetrators of online courier services.
