Abstract
Disabilty is mostly only a victim or burden by the community, but that does not mean disability does not commit crime. Disability is a disorder, physicial limitations or limited activities. How to enforce criminal law against person with disability? And what are the obstacles in the enforcement of criminal law against person with disability? Empirical research focuses an social fact. Primary data source by conducting interviews to get information directly from respondents. Secondary data source is conducting library studies Act Number 8 Of 2016 about Person With Disability. Primary data analysis is by compering directly with secondary data. Secondary data is supporting data from literature, journals, internet, ect. Criminal act conducted by person with physical disability criminal liability is still imposed, same as normal criminal offenders in general, because physcial has common sanse but still be accompanied by apsychiatric doctor’s letter. Barriers to law enforcement for disability who are dealing with the law like lack of facilities in the court environment and the performance of law of law enforcement officers has not been maximized like not providing translators, braille, special criminal procedure code, ect.
