Abstract

The thesis entitled rescue efforts and settlement of bank bapas 69 kabupaten magelang with customer. The purpose of this thesis is to known rescue efforts and settlement of bank perkreditan rakyat (BPR) with customer, and knowing the use of legal debt collectors according to the law. This thesis used primary data and secondary data. Primary is data obtained directly to respondents. Secondary data consist literature, legal fact, and documents. The writer used interview respondens for collecting data and literature study metods. Interview respondens as primary data analytics consist description. For the secondary data analytcal, writer used document of law, internet, book of law, and the opinion of legal source. This thesis use induktif method to make a conclution. The conclution ths thesis that bank bapas bapas 69 kabupaten magelang in managing the credit of their customers, especially those in the problematic of their customer, various efforts to save credit carried out by banks vary greatly, namely rescheduling, reconditioning, restrutructuring and debt collectors are said to be legal if have a certificate from APPA and are promised in advance by the bank, and comply with billing ethics as regulated by PBI.
