Abstract
This research aimed to determine The Zone Boundaries of Fort Vredeburg Museum as Cultural Heritage Area to Actualize Cultural Heritage Spatial in Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research describe about how to determine The Zone Boundaries of Fort Museum as Cultural Heritage Area to Actualize Cultural Heritage Spatial in Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research used primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interview with 4 (four) sources and the secondary data obtained from Constitution of The Republic Indonesia, books, internet, and legal facts. The conclusion of this research is the determine of Fort Vredeburg Museum not yet confirmed because the Fort Vredeburg Museum zone still reated with Keraton Yogyakarta cultural heritage area.
