Abstract

Th is has promoted the importan c e of the need fo r th e produ ct, especi all y footw ear insole shoes ortho tic. Th e technolog y of co m puter-aided m a nufacturing (C AM) PowerMill2016 used to do optim izat ion fiv e p a ram e t e rs, i . e . toolp a th stra teg y , feed r a t e (B), spindle speed (C ), step over (D) , and number of f l utes ( E ) . T h e optimum value was obtain e d for surface roughn ess R a = 6.15 µm and Mach ining Time ( T a = 3 . 72 5 hours).
