Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the law in the Minister of Health Regulation No. 12 of 2017 concerning the implementation of immunization at the Trucuk II Health Center in Klaten and to find out the causes why parents do not give immunizations to their children. This research method is empirical, primary and secondary data sources and conducted with interviews and literature studies. The results of this study were taken from the documentation data of the Trucuk II Health Center in Klaten, namely there was a decrease in immunization rejection in 2018 there were 17 children and in 2019 there were 6 children. The conclusion is not in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 paragraph (1) and (2) and is mostly due to religious factors.
