Abstract

This thesis is entitled “IMPLEMENTATION OF REGISTRATION OF TRANSFER RIGHTS TOGETHER TO THE LAND BECAUSE OF INHERITANCE IN REQUIRING LEGAL CERTIFICATION IN MADIUN CITY” This legal research goal is to find out find out and analyze whether the implementation of the transfer of ownership rights of land along with inheritance because the inheritance has realized legal certainty in the City of Madiun. There were 5 respondent and data was collected through empirical legal research. Empirical legal research is research conducted directly to respondents based on the reality in the field by using primary data as the main data. The results showed that the registration of the transfer of common property rights over land due to inheritance had not all been carried out. There are 2 respondents who have not registered the transfer of common property rights over land at the Land Office because a large cost and a lot of documents that must be taken care of. The registration of the transfer of joint ownership rights over land due to inheritance in the City of Madiun has not yet realized legal certainty because not all respondents (heirs) have registered the transition.
