Abstract
PT. Madu Baru PG/PS Madukismo is a sugar factory and a spiritus factory in Yogyakarta and the only factory that carries out duties in the national food procurement program, specifically for the production of sugar. The surrounding community is more familiar with the name of Madukismo. Office layout in PT. Madu Baru PG/PS Madukismo becomes an important point in the inside process. Office layout will be seen from the macro layout. With effective and efficient macro layout, it will create a comfortable working environment and can increase work productivity for the workers of their activities. Lean six sigma method becomes the method used to evaluate office layout in PT. Madu Baru PG/PS Madukismo. This method uses five process, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.
