Abstract

This study aim to determine the implementation of Law No.2of2012 COncerning land acquisition for public use at Solo Balapan-Tirtonadi sky bridge construction in Surakarta. There fore,in this study need to find out obstacles that faced by th egovernment in the application of Law No.2 of 2012,especiallyin the implementation of compensation provided to the public .Based on the legal material sobtained ,the writing of this study uses the method of analyzing data that isoftenusedinqualitative research.From there sults of the study based on respondents showed that most people of Gilingan ,Solo ,Central Java wh o were affected by the construction of the Solo Balapan-Tirtonadi Sky Bridge agreed to the existence and amount of compensation provided by the government. This can be proven from the data of respondent swho 80% strong lyagree that the have received compensation from the government. This proves that the application of Law No.2 of 2012 concerning land acquisition applies effectively to the construction of the Solo Balapan-Tirtonadi Solo Sky Bridge
