Abstract
Revitalization on Kotabaru Cultural Heritage Sector has been done several times, such as revitalizing residential home to home business. The aim of this research is to find out the Envinomental impact assessment's obligation towards the revitalization on business interest at the mentioned sector. Researchers are taking normative law research which focused on legislation. Based on Pasal 3 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 2012 about Izin Lingkungan says “Activities and/or attempt that is not included in Envinomental impact assessment 's mandatory criteria then has to UKL-UPL”. Therefore any revilazation for business interest on Kotabaru Cultural Heritage Sector needs to have Envinomental impact assessment otherwise it has to UKL-UPL.
