Abstract
The following essay is entitled “Implementation of Public Green Open Space in Kudus City district with the enactment of Law Number 26 of 2007”. The objective of the research is to know the application of Public Green Open Space in Kudus City district whether it meets the provisions of Law Number 26 of 2007. This research is categorized as empirical research. The main data in this research are primary data and supported by secondary data. Based on the results of the research, the authors concluded that Green Open Space in Kudus City district does not meet the provisions of Constitution Number 26 of 2007.
