Abstract
The government has regulated the minimum wage in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, then issued Government Regulation Number 78 of 2015 concerning Wages, so that some regions experience uncertainty in calculating minimum wages. The existence of these two regulations wants to see how the calculation of the minimum wage is regulated in Government Regulation No. 78 of 2015 concerning Wages and Law 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and the legal consequences. This thesis uses Normative Legal Research, using secondary data in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.Based on the analysis that has been calculated the minimum wage in Government Regulation Number 78 of 2015 which is contrary to the calculation of the minimum wage in Law Number 13 of 2003.
