Abstract
Land transfer can not be avoided at this time. Reminiscent of the increasing population of Indonesia, both those who are migrants or indigenous people, all have a need for shelter, because it cannot be denied that residence it a primary need for humans. The rise of the conversion of agricultural land into housing by property developers has an impact on the resilience of national food production, there are other impacts arising from the conversion of agricultural land, namely the reduction of green land in each region, then the loss of water catchment areas that are currently closed by asphalt and residential buildings. The government has issued a number of regulations that regulate this, it is expected to be able to control cases of land conversion to housing in the State of Indonesia. If property developers have changed the function of agricultural land into housing in accordance with relevant regulations, it is mandatory for property developers to also build Green Open Spaces in housing built such as playgrounds, then to build public and social facilities such a places of worship, and others.
