Abstract
The government has set the rules on special Criminal Justice for children which are all regulated in Law No. 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. With the law, it is expected that law enforcement against children who commit crimes can be resolved fairly by paying attention to the condition of the child. Children as the next generation of the nation must be maintained and protected the future and welfare from law enforcement that is unfair to the child. In addition, the rampant juvenile delinquency that causes many minors to be exposed to criminal cases makes this Law should be more considered. The interests of the child who is the perpetrator, the witness and the child who is the victim must be protected by this Law, the government and all its ranks must try to do the best for the child for the sake of his future and welfare without causing fear and uncomfortable feeling.
