Abstract

With the increasing needs of the community along with the increasing level of development of the country, then everything related to land needs to have rules in it. The implementation of land registration makes it possible for holders of land rights to easily prove their rights to the land they control, and for interested parties, such as prospective buyers and potential creditors, to obtain the necessary information regarding the land that is the object of the legal action to be carried out. as well as for the Government to implement land policies. The land policy made by the Government of Indonesia has made improvements to the regulations on land registration which until now have become the basis for comprehensive land registration activities in Indonesia. The government has created a program that aims to improve services in the land sector, namely the procurement of certificates en masse and simultaneously in various regions of Indonesia through Complete Systematic Land Registration or abbreviated as (PTSL). The type of legal research conducted is Empirical Research. Where research focuses on social facts. This study focuses on primary data as the main data and is supported by secondary data. The implementation of land ownership rights registration through the 2019 Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Ngrundul Village, Kebonarum District, Klaten Regency is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration. With the Complete Systematic Land Registration program, it is very easy for the community, especially Ngrundul Village, to register land ownership rights. Seeing from the results of the research conducted, the enthusiasm of the Ngrundul Village community in following and obeying every existing rule, 20 respondents all have received certificates of property rights which have been submitted to the PTSL participants in accordance with the estimated target time estimated at the time the counseling activities are carried out at the Balai Ngrundul village.
