Abstract

Based on the Legislation Number 13 on Worker, there is an article which rules on the working accident and the maintaining of the daily worker or the independent labour in order their right and obligation could be fulfilled, which are in traditional market, especially Beringharjo in the-area of Yogyakarta. Thus, it will emerge a problem concerns on.how the implementation of insurance of working accident and the insurance of healthiness maintaining and also to look for any factors which barriers the implementation of insurance of working accident and the insurance of health- maintaining to the daily worker or independent labour in traditional market Beringharjo. Thus it needs to 'be conducted a research to give an answer of the emerging problem which is written in a legal research or legal writing. The method which is used in this research, firstly by literary research which is conducted by studying the regulations which is related to the problem understudied. Second, the field research which is conducted by directly involving in field in order to gain the data. The result of this research concerning on the insurance of working accident and the implementation of insurance of healthiness maintaining has not been conducted as well and lack of maximal, by the reason which behalf as the first problem is on the lack of knowledge which is owned by the employee and the daily worker or the independent labour on the important meaning of the Worker Social Insurance. The second problem is the lack of consideration of the worker which not complies to regulation which is established by the employee, for example in conducting any works without using the protecting tools toward accident. The granting insurance of accident and the healthiness maintaining which is conducted by the employee has not been conducted as well. The advice could be submitted concern on this research is in order to be given any training on Worker Social Insurance to the employee and the worker in order it could be conducted better.
